Currently, we ship within the United States only.
In-stock items: Ship within in 1–7 business days of purchase
Pre-orders: Please allow 6–8 weeks for pre-order items to ship. Shipping timelines depend on the pre-order closing period, so be sure to review the product description for the precise estimated ship date for your item. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order ships together once all items are available.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please make sure to double-check your size and shipping info before placing an order.
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 1-4 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.
If your package arrived with damages, please contact the shipping provider to open a dispute. Odd Time is not responsible for packages after they’ve been handed off to the postal carrier.
If your package arrived safely but the items are damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@oddtimeclothing.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

If your package was stolen, damaged, or lost in transit:
- Contact the postal carrier immediately to file a dispute.
- If the carrier can’t assist, contact us at contact@oddtimeclothing.com and we will assist as best we can.
Please double-check your shipping info before checkout. If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
All products on our site are sold on a first come, first serve basis. While you were in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Wash on cold and hang dry. We do not recommend using a dryer as high heat can damage the embroidery.
To protect us and our customers from fraudulent charges, we use fraud detection software to prevent unauthorized transactions. Your order may have been automatically cancelled because our system flagged it as potentially fraudulent.
Common reasons why an order might be flagged as fraud include:
- The billing and shipping addresses don’t match
- The payment method information (card number, billing address, etc.) doesn’t match what the bank has on file
- The order was placed using a proxy or vpn
- Multiple failed payment attempts
If your order was cancelled and you believe it was a mistake, you can try placing it again. Make sure all the billing and shipping information is correct and matches your payment method details. You can also try using a different card or payment method.
